Exchange Policy

Because we ship globally from multiple suppliers, exchanges are limited.

Available Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size, product, or color, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

In cases of customer error (choosing the wrong size), exchanges may not be possible, but we will evaluate each case individually.

Example:
If you ordered a silver chain but received a gold one, we will send the correct product without requiring you to return the incorrect item.
