We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

The item never arrived within 60 business days from the order date.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product with photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Once approved, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.

  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Wrong size or preference change after delivery (unless we sent the wrong item).

Items damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.
